"Current Pandemic situation left with no alternative but to cancel our trip to the UK and our Taxi reservations. No monies were refunded, no consideration given to the current unprecedented travel environment. I understand canceling a booking under your guidelines at the last minute would fall upon the customer but this situation is different. Not pleased at all. I will not use your services again. My future travel will use other means. No one has even contacted me concerning my cancelations."
